In the world, 55% of the population lives in cities and is expected to increase to 68% by 2050. Cities are identified by their stunning skyscrapers which turn out to consume 75% of total power consumption. It is most important to emphasize energy efficiency and nonpolluting building materials used for construction. These days buildings have different types of designs to satisfy the specific requirements of its purpose and people who live and work in them.
